Hi, I’m Jason Engel.
I’ve never done a blog before so bear with me.
Video is becoming more and more apparent on the web. Not just on Youtube but on websites as well.
What I thought I’d do with this blog is talk about some of the ways we’ve helped people share their vision with the world through video.
Video is a living, changing & breathing (ok, maybe not breathing) thing. It can inform & inspire, Bring out emotion in people: Joy, peace, sorrow, compassion, love & healing. Make them think or motivate them; the list goes on and on. But the most important thing I believe is it can give your idea, your vision… life. It allows people to see your vision, hear it and interact with it on a personal level. It allows people to experience it in a way that’s more engaging than just reading about it.
We live in a very visual world and time. I’ve noticed that people pay more attention to what they see and hear than what they read. It’s a very fast-paced world and a lot of people don’t take the time to read something if they’re not incredibly motivated to do so. And video seems to help with that, it allows you to get your words or message across in a way that’s stimulating and intriguing. I also find that it paints a much clearer picture of what you’re trying to put out there.
The place where video is most prominent right now is on the web. That’s where most people view their media, get their information and share their views. Over the past few years the industry has really grown in terms of what we can do with video on the web. Video can be used for all kinds of purposes on a website, such as Video Introductions, Virtual Walkthroughs, Promotional video clips of yourself or Products, Inspirational Video messages, Teaching Tools & Video to go along with your online courses. There’s almost nothing that you can’t do with video nowadays. I’ll be going into each one of these examples in greater detail as these blogs progress.
Well I think I’m going to cut this blog short before I run out of things to say, lol. But do keep checking back here for more updates.
Blessings,
Jason
